If you move house or change your email address, you can easily update your contact details using DotNetPanel. Follow these steps if you need update any of your account information, including your password.
1. The first step is to log into the DotNetPanel. Visit https://cp.itcinternet.net/ using your web browser- whether that is Internet Explorer of Firefox.
2. Type in your login information you were provided by your welcome email. Your username will generally be your domain. If you forgot your password you can use our “Forgot your password” link on the front page.
3. Once logged in, move your mouse to the top right hand corner- where you will see a link called My Account. Click on this link.
4. On this screen you can change several pieces of information. By clicking on Contact Information and Display Preferences it will expand your options. Simply enter the new information and click Update at the bottom of the page.
